A Little About Me…
Hello! I’m Kels - Trauma-Informed Clinician, Life Coach, & a (very) passionate EFT Tapping Specialist. I’ve been supporting people in the Wadawurrung (Geelong) community, and beyond, for just shy of a decade now.
The Client Experience.
There’s nothing I love more than supporting people to overcome whatever’s holding them back from being their most wonderful, authentic self (and most importantly, living a life that they genuinely love to live). Creating a non-judgmental space where you feel safe to be yourself, and deeply held in your experience, is v v important to me.
& A Little More About Me.
Outside of work life, you’ll find me getting to the beach with my dog, sharing a big ol’ table of food with loved ones, and baking cakes while the sun shines through the windows. I’m also a very deep gal who is often having a good old ponder on the mysteries of the human experience. To me, a meaningful life is all about connection: to self, others, and the world around us.
Training quals and all that jaaaaaaazz.
I have engaged in many trainings over the years. These are the ones that stand out:

My Values.
Compassion: we all deserve to be treated with compassion and respect, no matter our choices or life circumstances
Honesty: I love to be real, no bullshit, and celebrate authenticity and self-expression. As your coach, this also means I’m going to tell you the truth when you need to hear it
Community: here we support each other and recognise that we all deserve to feel like we belong and are accepted for who we are, no matter our unique backgrounds
Care: I like to acknowledge the bidirectional nature of caring for self and caring for others. You can’t pour from an empty cup - here we nourish ourselves so we can better nourish the world around us
